Miss Global Screening Holds At La Mango May 17th

All is now set for the Miss Global Nigeria 2012 contestants as the screening date has been pegged for Thursday, May 17th at the prestigious upscale bar and lounge, La Mango situated on 2 Adekunle Fajuyi Way by Army Cantonment, G.R.A Ikeja, Lagos. The epoch event which will be witnessed by industry giants such as Moet & Chandon, Don Morris, Heineken, Cocacolla, Guinness and Fan Milk kicks off at 10am prompt to be rounded off with wine tasting party from our refined sponsors courtesy of La Mango management.

According to the pageant director, Deji Ijasan, `Contestants are expected to bring their tellers, bum short, high heel shoes and spag top while fresh girls would be allowed to pay the N5, 000 for the form at the venue to qualify for the screening and be part of the lucky train.

The show promises to be an interesting adventure as international fashion designers will also be scouting for models. The lucky ones who qualified for the May 17th show are automatically our contestants for the third edition of the Miss Global Nigeria beauty contest. They`ll be measured for their evening gowns from Teteh Okasile`s Mawayz Couture and get 14 inches Brazilian Hair from the stable of Port-Harcourt based hair and beauty expert, Alaba Maxwell Chinwo`s Justt Hairs before the exclusive photo shoot by our D.O.P, Kingsley Ogbuneke.

In what looks like a pageantry revolution, the girls get set for the camp 10 days later, May 27th when they`ll be hosted to a lavish welcome party by the management of La Mango again, this time, a quiet dynamic fashionista of international repute of Elect Aso Oke fame will be showcasing best of Aso Oke fabrics to be catwalked by the contestants in an exclusive fashion show amidst top flight celebrities and captains of industry. The train moves to a classical 5-star apartment tucked in an elite area of Lagos Mainland for the 7-days camping where the girls will be groomed and taught all kinds of skilled jobs that could prepare them for the future.

The grand finale of the event which holds at the prestigious Bespoke Events Centre, Lekki, Lagos on Sunday, June 3rd, 2012 will be anchored by sultry actress, Stella Damasus and ace broadcaster and former DBN top staff, Israel Edjeren.
